ever have keys just fall off ??? there normally soft sounding to the touch but now my enter key fell off of a week old macbook pro and it sounds noisy now !

im going back to the store it as a computer they gave me as a replacement for one that crashed 3 months after i bought it. im worried its reconditioned but theres no way to tell that im aware of.
