you know how when you're in InDesign or Illustrator and you hold the :
spacebar + option key
and you get the hand tool?
that feature suddenly stopped working.
is there a way to turn that bugger on and off?

nope, CAPS is off.
yep, the spacebar hand tool. if you do it with the option it's less likely it will select another tool in InD.
anyway, spacebar does nothing.

save and restart the machine...if this problem keeps happening, then you may need to re-install the App.

when i first installed cs2, i found it had a conflict with microsoft software, i had to update my entourage

mine has randomly stopped working twice, a restart fixes it.

did you perhaps reprogram the space bar to do something else? check keyboard shortcuts in both the system prefs and in your apps.

thanks for the help guys. i'm not sure why it stopped and i def. didn't change the keyboard shortcut but i did restart and now it's kosher.
