quicktime to swf

...can anyone point me in the direction of a way to convert quicktime files to .swf files please?
I know QT exports to flv format - but I need the conversion to be .swf as it will be part of a cms setup and the admin won't have use of flash.
I have just done a google for it - not really any help though - -lots of third party apps, but can't see the wood for the trees
...what do you do/use?

Sorenson Squeeze for flash.

Yeh the obvious solution would be just to import to flash etc... but this won't be an option for this - as the final site will be updated by non flash users - who will simply upload and select the swf files.
