if anybody out there in creative world that can help retrieve my data that i accidently deleted I will be in your debt forever, well almost.
I found a wonderful software call filesalvage if anybody out there that has this software hit me up

There is a freeware recovery program called Restoration, that has saved my ass with accidental deletage a few times.

file salvage is the best I found for mac.. buy it if your data is worth it for you.

I only had the test version you surely have as well.. ut you should consider buying it, really
there is an app on the pc that can rad hfs drives, saved my ass when my HD crashed
