right, i am trying to get into this rss thing, for now I am only testing the potential of this. So, I grapped from the bbc a rrs xml feed page, how do I make this content load into my personal page for example?

you'll need an rss parser to load content into a web page. check out hotscripts for one.
RSS is mainly used for with rss readers (google it) where you get multiple feeds in one space.
