i'm having the biggest trouble disabling the vertical scroll bar in firefox.
http://www.ulrikefraussen.be/tem…my CSS:
div.main {
position: absolute;
top: 82px;
left: 155px;
width: 620px;
height: 355px;
overflow:scroll;
overflow-y:hidden;
white-space: nowrap;
}works fine in IE btw.
any insight is highly appreciated.

The biggest trouble is to focus on the scrollbar with that amazing lady looking at you!!!
And I don't really understand why you want to disable it...how will we see the photos on the right side???

your div is 355 high... and your image is 355 high.... so the vertical scroll bar is going to appear because the scroll bar on the bottom ads 10-20 pixels depending on browser to the height of the content. make it 375

nah, doesn't work. even made it 395 :-(
