my brother is on his 6th consequetive ipod that doesnt work, all returned to and back from apple(fresh new one everytime) . on the sixth return they gave a complimentary 30 GB ipod video and.....
it doesnt work either

i never understand the dud ipod stories, i've had 3 and they all worked fine... i think we can chalk up the "bad" ipods to user error...

so theres a good chance he is fazed by the ipod interface
