Really e-pill, you don't see it? Move the image to the right of left on your monitor and look at the image from an angle. LCDs kind of hide it.

Momentum nailed it...Engadget says the developer was using a trial version of Apple's Shake program to do the animation. The trial version puts that tinted Apple logo on there.

Someone made a good guess on the article page.
It might not be a watermark at all because the smoke goes over it as seen in the swf file (http://www.johnbiank.com/apple...
It could just be that Sony used an apple box (maybe for an ipod) because it was the right size and shape for the filming, but didnt mask the logo well enough.
