i give my interns the same work i give to my designers.
i tell the designers that their jobs are on the line as the interns are working harder than they are. they feel cushy in their positions and their careers that they forget how replaceable they are.
i like to have my team as creativly focused as possible. i want them to be able to draw anything, in any style without hesitation.
i find that a strong team can do anything and there hasnt been a dull moment yet so far, and we arent even in market time.
i have them resource the inspiration that makes them happy and them i tell them to execute it with feeling.
these kids can illustraate any hardware and soon they will be able to visually see the image they wish to create in a 3-D mental picture.
1 of them is even concepting moving parts. im very excited, and our samples are comming in nicely.
