looks good...when you highlight over the nav buttons the first time a block of colour covers the nav button for a sec breifly. not sure if this is how you wanted it to be.
your copyright at the bottom is almost un-noticable...change its colour to match the rest[white]
i like how the main window re-shappes itself to fit the verbage, but the music link fell off the page, i like how the rest of the links have no scrolling, or that its contents are kept within the main view for the user to see it all, maybe have a scrroll within to keepo the feel of the nice site.
i like it, but does your mom like it??

thanks e-pill, good call on the copyright text.
unsure of what you mean by "but the music link fell off the page,"??
It took ages to figure out how to expand the content background vertically on account of Firefox being such a bitch to divs.
Nav buttons - there's some way to preload the over state, just need to figure it out.
Thanks again.

(Jul 3 06, 11:46)i am on a resolution of 1600x1200.
when i hit the Music Nav Link, the bottom of the background DIV fell off the bottom of my page. while the other NAV links internal content which was less did not fall off the page.
the the background DIV change in size automatic by the mass of content that lies within?
i like it either way.
just felt that since the other NAV links kept the content all at viewer sight i felt that the music links should be kept with-in the same sight, so instead of scrolling the entire window, you are only scrolling the content with-in that window, very much like the PVN...what is it called ?? iscroll or something??my inner nets lingo is limited to what i learn on NT so i guess its either called TITS or CUNTS!

got it.
Might be your resolution. Strange problem. On IE and FF the music page BG is full page, and I know what you're talking about with the content falling off. That was the problem I had to correct.
I thought about building in a scrolling div for content, music page is the longest on there, but the photo page will get larger as I add more old ones.
Good thought though, might add that eventually.

i now do not like the placement of the copyright. i liekd when it was within the background, also maybe centering it, the right shift makes the site look unfinished, and also the copyright is the only thing outside the main content.
it was nicer when it was inside.

your browser must be doing some strange things...

Nope. Been testing in FF and IE and both look as intended.
I appreciate you troubleshooting it for Safari. :)

side question...what ever happened to that guy who lives down the building from you that is on Ultimate fighting that had someone break into his place/?

looks good, fast , clean , colors work well ,
my sug.
maybe a close window javascript on the gallery , just for convenience

thanks cruz_anul - the one thing I have to do is add nav to those pages, to go through the photos in the new window instead of closing to see the new ones.

They moved out shortly after, but "small world" the bass player in our band was in a car one day with a new guy at his work, who started telling THE SAME STORY.
My friend say "I've heard this before!"
Turns out, that guy was one of the people who lived there. Said it took three hours to clean all the blood out of the place and they were too freaked out to stay there, so they moved a week or two later.
- e-pill0
wait...the guys that pounded on the robber and made the mess of the blood were too freaked to stay because of their rough-houseness??
was there any pics?

Just thought I'd bring this up for some comments from those of you back at work today.
Still looking for a way to preload those rollover nav images, hopefully this week.
