working my own clients today - tomorrow... only time i got to maybe catch up. holiday in a couple weeks, so gonna pay for that with this work... as long as they pay in a timely fashion

So on friday my boss calls our department into a meeting before we get off work. She says "i have a surprise for you guys...I told you guys with hard work comes some time to play. You guys know Tuesday is the 4th, and we still work on monday..." Then my mind automatically thought (yes! monday off!) Then she said "...well, the surprise is....Im allowing you guys to come in from 5am-2pm instead of 8-5 if you want!"
Then i wanted to punch her.

Got today off, but mostly because it's been a bit slow the last couple of weeks and we're actually ahead of deadlines.
Otherwise i'd be in there today too.

Rolled in at 10:30, slept for a half hour.
There is no one here.
I have a meeting at 2 but after that I'm going home to sleep, and hopefully using tomorrow to do so as well.

Until the end of July I have a really boring job. I work at a dental insurance office processing insurance claims.
Im here right now, i came in at 6.
