sounds fair to me...i will allow sony to post a message saying that my site has wallpapers for download but will not allow sony to have it placed in any "pay to view" section. I will find out if the viewer have to pay to be a member or if its free but will not let sony host any images on there own site...hows that sound?

here's my creative solution to it:
if sony offers up the info to your link for free, let them do it, more publicity for everyone right?
if only paying members are privy to this information, i say get two psps out of them, one for yourself and one to somehow randomly give to someone who had already contributed to the site prior to the communication w/ sony
if you already have one, give the second one to me for my great idea.
if they say no to that then fuck 'em.
but if you think that might work, ask for more than two and make a profit somewhere ;)

hiten, yeah if they aren't charging it is fine. But if they give the artists some sort of incentives then that is cool too.
