Are you looking for collections of icons that are themed like the ones in XP? Or do you mean 24-bit w/ alpha channel icons.. or.. or?

actually we need some nice icons especially buisness related for a presentation.

There are loads and loads of icon places that sell packs of icons (usually around $200), as far as free ones... I recently went on a icon fest myself, hmm google is your friend. stuff like 'XP business icon pack', I had to be specific to get what I wanted to find.
