Why do you not count Freelance as experience, Man I have learnt so much in the last 6 months freelancing it's ridiculous; managing time, dealing directly with printers/clients, etc..

Alright mate,
To be honest, not too sure on either salary tho' I guess one would be 20 something, the other 30 something.
Prospects good; it's a fast growing company and all the teams are constantly expanding.
Location is great - working in plush offices on the thames (op. Tate Modern). Has pool / gym that's free.
Theo' product boring - people cool.
