Totally Annoyed!

so every night around 10pm, these guys start working on some kind of power repair/work one block away from my apt. it generates this really really annoying buzzing noise. it's been one hour going on and on.

yes, in general. however, my block is rather quiet plus, i am used to the street noise.
but this, is just too loud! it's more like a vibration noise, constant buzzing it's like having big flies buzzing right by your ears.

I am also annoyed but because of my Nazi neighbours. They are noisy as hell and kinda racist.
The couple's like 60 years old. Every morning my gf and I wake up at 5:30 am because of their alarm clock. Then they turn on the same music very loud. It's like perfect music for marching and worshiping Hitler. Then at 6 am someone calls them and the guy always answers with "how are you this morning" and the phone call lasts 1 minute. Every week from thursday to Sunday they watch movies so fucking loud my whole apartment vibrates making it impossible for us to sleep before 1 am. Then they have a paper in their door that says that if you support some specific political parties, if you are black or if you sell something, you are not welcome and should get the fuck out of there, otherwise you are welcome to their home (it actually says "get the fuck out of here")
Then one day in the elevator they were looking at a paper they had that had a list of names and they almost got angry for noticing some russian sounding names.
And just last week this guy and I were waiting for the elevator and he saw a paper a in ground from some Asian student agency and he was like "why do they have to come here to pollute our country? they should at least have this paper in english.And accross the hall a 20 year old dude with a serious hearing problem has his drum and bass music all the way up all day long. People have complained, the manager has warned him on many occasions and even the police has showed up, and the deaf dude has not changed at all.
Thank god I am moving out this weekend.

they do it because there is no traffic (pedestrian or vehicular) and/or it's not 100°F outside. About 4 months after I moved into the house I'm in now, the 8 acres of empty lot next to us turned into a rock quarry and dump truck staging area for the construction that they're doing on the beltway around the corner. They start at 5:30am. It sucks. The house literally shakes like a 2.0 earthquake somethimes, depending on how many trucks are coming or going at one time.

The lady who lives next dor to me just walks around with her bikini on all the time, with wet hair. Quite annoying.
