i was wondering if NTers had any book recommendations about web design (NOT about the software & coding, but more about design guidelines or books that talk about the elements of successful web design)?

i'm just trying to figure out how the mindset of a web designer is (or is not?) different than that of a print designer. are the processes any different, what are the similarities, etc.?
