upso diary is quick stuff he does every day. sometimes it's more detialed sometimes not, and it often finds its way into his work. i saw him do a talk on the interaction of his personal work and his work work... pretty interesting.
i just find it interesting that these rips are just looking the same... its not just the hands, but diagonal lines and the like. but anyways, carry on.

I think the hands are one of the most interesting and difficult parts of the body to draw.

so many people seem so ultimately confident in the correctness of their opinions, and are certainly not shy of expressing them in the loudest, crassest manner possible, quite frankly gentlemen, I am growing tired of this place, I certainly don't feel like I need to listen to the boisterous viewpoints of people whose work I have never seen.

I could never draw hands. I could do a passable life drawing in pencil but they would always have mong hands. And feet for that matter.
