the graident gives it that sense of dimension and reinforces the "bend". who uses fax machines anyway? nice work.

I don't see "bend" first I see "oeno "or a pair of headphones until I see "bend creative" then I see it but isn't that kind of late in the game? maybe the gradient could be applied to the ascenders ?

Make it flat colours, fix the chop on the bottom of the letters. I would maybe use a different n, one withought the tail? (I have no idea what you call the little bit on the top left). Tighten up the kerning a little.
Then go and make yourself a nice fruity cocktail as you're done.

I disagree that fax reproduction is a measuring stick for ALL logos.
Not many companies make regular use of fax machines these days.
Oh, and I like your logo.
