Hi everyone.
I'm doing some pro bono work for the United Way giving them a design and usability evaluation for their Mentoring Program website at
http://www.therolemodelprogram.o…
I'm going to finish up my recommendations by next Wednesday. I'm posting because I want to get some more perspectives if possible when I give my report. Send an email if you have any input. Thanks!

I love their HREF tag for "Potluck" and the other one for "Pictures", haha.

Yeah, the review basically writes itself. I find myself saying 'are you serious?' a lot. But again, any input is appreciated.

I'm on Safari on OS X 10.46
Seems like a very friendly and cute site, great for it's target audience. Here's some stuff I'm thinking
- The arrows supporting the text links should be clickable also. I think the average user clicks on those before the actual text link.
- There should be some space between the text in the sub-pages and the line that divides the menu and the content. It's pretty much on top of eachother. There's more space on some pages than others.
- The text links on the subpages are purple and makes me think I already clicked them.
nice to see somebody still doing pro bono stuff!

- Needs CSS standardization(obviously)
- New Layout
- Get rid of the blind links to PDF's etc.
- start over.
