Video to flash conversion ?

Hey guys.
Do any of you know of a program that can convert video to flash ???Preferably a free version.

Flash can handle various video formats, including AVI, MPG, MOV. You can import them into your movie.
If you are talking of "flashvideo" (flv) flash 8 has the flashvideo encoder, which is all you need

anyone know of one that can convert it when you uplaod it?
a la youtube...
why cant' you view your youtube videos at the size you upload them... why does it really annoyingly stretch them even larger so they look twice as rubbish...

the idea is to take a minute and re-size yer videos BEFORE you upload them. then they look the same once YouTube performs it's craptastic .flv conversion.

why would i want to enlarge them first?
