Anyone got tips for taking photos of computer screens (Both CRT and LCD). TIps for avoiding glare, avoiding refresh-banding, and getting good color exposure (Using a digi-cam, not film). I'm guessing a polarizing filter will help the glare - the banding on the CRT I'm not so sure how to handle.
