I've set up a coworker of mine with Sedo, which seems straight forward enough to use, but I don't think he's seen a dime
I think you'd need some serious URL volume in order for these sorts of things to make you any money...?

ya, for hitfarm.com you need at least 25 domains to even apply for an account.
