Before I start a new job, I make it clear that I must have 30-80% of my day on NT.

ok i read all the responses and a lot of what people are saying thats its too soon to consider...
here are my options as of now.
i am the current senior designer at rocawear and i answer to the owner [ its not jayZ as he is just the figure head and not the main financial backer, who is someone else.] which is the person i answer to directly. i have full creative freedom to produce what product i see fit that the demographics of my costumer will definitely purchase. i am responsibile for the entire mens accessories collection as well as all the hardware for all women's categories. i have a great salary and benefits package and i can smoke all the weed i want. plus plus!!
i am currently being offered a position at Coach for a senior technical designer where i would answer to a super large team of tallented professionals and i would be responsible for a limited selectioon of the line depending on which division they want to place me with-in. i assume salary would either be much more as i would negotiate a lot or it will be much of the same to what i have now which is also really comfortable as it is. their benefit package is pretty much un-challanged by any other company in the industry and its handed to you upfront on the day you start. this is also a very large corporate company a very different vibe than the urban hip-hop place i am at now.
what to do???
any feedback is greatly appreciated.
thanks!!!

wtf, I thought you already went to coach?

i see how it is confusing...i did interview over 15times at coach, but at the same time i was pitching a men's accessories division to RocaWear.
RW gave me the first offer, so i took it. now months later Coach is throwing in an offer.
on one hand i am the head designer and i am the boss, and its endless creativity.
on the other end, its a corporate giant and a leader in the industry and
what girl doesnt want a coach bag??pssh!!!
imma just smoke this here joint i just rooled and get happy and smile for nothing.
