i am working on some keyart for a movie... i need them to pull stills for me for the dvd covers and such...
what should my requirements be? they seem to only be able to pull low res images... is there something else I should be telling them???

There are normally photographers that take stills of everything shot on movies. That's where I get my source from. If you are pulling it from the actual reel, fuck knows.

yeah, they only have limited pics from the photographer from the shoot... really trying to work with image stills from the edited flick... kinda sucks.. but any suggestions?

You should call someone in their print division before it gets too late on the Best Coast.

anyone else got any suggestions?

there is some plugin for Photoshop call "UP RES" or something similar to that. It'll take your low res stuff and make it hi res. I've used it before and it did a pretty good job.

I have had frames of film scanned before - tough to get the positive - but it worked well.
tparsons idea sounds the best
