I like to use one of the never used browsers (old mozilla is good). Hide all toolbars, just leave one bookmark button on top.
It sort of fits ps/flash palettes

my monitor faces the whole office but I just use miniNT and no-one knows. Plus I always get all my work done ahead of time, so they can't say anything. Also Apple-M is useful is people are lurking
