greetings - does anyone have a form or prep list at hand (or know where I could find online) that covers all things for a fashion shoot?
so, the kind of list that becomes the script book for the shoot = all logistics and coordination for model, stylist, makeup, location, scenes, extras....
tall order, searching web didn't result in anything useful.

what you're after is called a " shoot log " that contains shot info / lens / film roll etc.etc.
and theres also a " call sheet " that would contain all addresses, names, phone numbers of crew , models, nearest hospital info - all that kinda of stuff...
