Mac -> PC Card adaptor

so i have that angry 12 inch and there is no pc card slot.. so i asked apple rather if they had any pc card adaptor, they just told me to use airport.. but airport is only for wifi but not net work access..
now they tell me that there is no such thing as pc card adaptor..
i am confused.. no pc card adaptor for mac?

um... are you trying to access a local network wirelessly? that would be airport...

oh, wireless cell access... got it. laptop > bluetooth > cell phone

verizon limits that access to your phone that way

t-mobile limits your access too, but i found a workaround on some forum by manually editing the server it connects to. maybe verizon will work the same?
