my two favorite mailing labels to print were DOPEPOPE and PAUL (aka: doesnotexist).
the DOPEPOPE raised the postman's eyebrow. :)
i can send a lo-res .jpg of mine if someone wants that for the gallery. also, i could put together/post a 'simpleviewer' gallery if that helps.

I went to a local print shop. I ordered 30 on hi gloss paper, the thinner stock so it would be more poster like and easier to roll if need be. it was $3.49 a copy.

http://www.psprint.com/their short runs go as low as a minimum order of one. i ordered 50 and it worked out to about $2/ea.
the ordering process is fully automated via one bad-ass web app.
i've run three jobs through them and have been quite pleased. i heard someone having issues with their customer service, but i never had to deal with a human.

just got dopepope's print. looks awesome. thanks for the extra postcards. i had mailed my other ones from last year!
there was a hole right through the package though. so now it looks like that beast came alive and started to eat teh print.
