Banding

  Anyone have an quick tips for solving banding problems? I'm doing a poster, 24" x 36" and the banding is pretty noticable. I added a noise layer, and it helped, but it darkened things up a bit, and I need to keep it as is. Any quick fixes? There are a number of effects going on too. Doing it all in Illustrator...

  On screen...but a version that's 11 x 17 printed out looks fine.

  that could just be the monitor having trouble rendering whatever complex layering you have going on... if the printout is fine, you're all set

  haven't seen that before though – what kind of monitor? and does it change at different scales?
