ha... buying that company buys all the debt too. What moron would do that.... better to just set up westBeachII to build off the name... yeah it's shady but why buy a bankrupt company.

hrmm.... so anything less then 6.5 mill would be a profit? hrmm...no employees, just manufacturing costs... sounds like a win for 1 more year
