The ending of them sitting around at Christmas time was so weak. I could harldy care less about Christopher and his girlfriend either.

That could have been a crazy ending. They cut out of them sitting around at Christmas and show the front of the house before closing. Then there is a big explosion on the front entrance of the house. Maybe not a great idea but at least it would keep you wondering until January.
