anyone knows of a good one to buy or open source?

does it have to be a flash based cms? or do you need a cms that can more or less be built to import into a client side flash app?

It doesn't have to be flash based, but it needs to support all the important feautures... Text with scrollers upload, new pictures, new sections, etc...

Im looking at
http://www.flashloaded.com/flash…
And it looks pretty good.Im thinking if there's anything else.
Also i found flashblocks http://www.flashblocks.com
but it seems to have a bad interface...

I am also looking for one. Ideally Flash, but whatever works and can be easily customized.
There seems to be a HUGE range of prices! This one is $150 (seems damn cheap to me) and I just got a quote last week for one that cost $14k for one license or $200 per month. That was a little crazy for what I need.
Unfortunately, only the $14k one has responded to my inquiries.
Other ones:

considering this site (according to them) uses it:
