thats crap... I wouldn't want to get involved. Don't save anything. Why companies save data like that is odd to me. Can't the police just do the job and bust people the old way. That's like asking starbucks to video everyone that comes into the store and keep it for 2 years. thats crazy talk!

exactly, plus the fact that this data is being made available without warrants.
I used to work at an ISP in the 90's, the FBI would get email records from time to time but always had warrants.
