What exactly do you want to do with RSS?
Just manual updates or linking it to a CMS?

yeah just add manual updates to a news section so people can add the rss feed to newsfire etc. any help would be great

right click the above link and "save as" feed.xml, edit it to fit your content and then upload it to your server.
