i have a tv w/ mac mini setup in a remote location. using there wireless router to connect to the internet i want to use remote desktop to connect to that tv to display ads on it from my office but its not connecting anyone out there run into a problem like this ?

you might want to check docs.. there might be a requirement to be on ethernet, not wireless, at the remote end?...

Can you connect to the remote router?
Have you setup port forwarding on the remote router for all the ports used by ARD?

no i cant touch the router im using a wireless network in the location. and there techs are being bitches.
