Seriously: is still good, maybe some much contrast and a bit different color palette is all i'd change on that website.

Whether needed or not, I'd say pitch a smaller redesign, a "renovation", togheter with search-engine optimization and perhaps ads on google.
Doesn't sound like a bad bet for them to take.

things that irritated me...
when I click on second section the first (lighting) dissapears
in first section it says 'click here to visit site' but arent I on it already? (confused)

looks smart at 1024x768. But at 1280x1024 the text spans along way too far...
I too would go for a more fixed width.
