Load content/Same Page

What is the easiest method for loading varying content into the copy area by clicking on submenu items but without leaving this page? Kind of like frames without frames. I'm in Dreamweaver.

http://adrenalineshot.com/curoma…I've looked into AJAX menus which seemed to be on the right track, but trying to incorporate it into my layout went a little over my head.
Any suggestions or tutorials on how I should go about creating this?

Click on the Porsche Page, Ferrari Page buttons to view content loaded into area.
I downloaded the working HTML with the CSS. Now how can I fuse my design linked in the first message of this post with this DIV guts/content setup?
I've played around with the CSS and understand how to edit the colors shapes but the biggest problem I'm having is alignment.
I'm basically looking to nest these DIVs into my layout.
