  easy answer... no.

  I like copperproject.com, but it will cost ya, and it runs on your server no monthly fees so you'll save in the long run i guess.

  Basecamp is really nice, anything free does not have near the amount of features and from what i've seen is not really skin able unless you want to dig into the code.
