content of a brief

I'm about to start a pro bono project with a small charity who doesn't really ever deal with designers. They want some posters designed.

I want them to write me a brief for the project but I know they will never have written one.
So I thought I could create a form with questions for them to fill in which, once completed, would become the brief.

I now need to think of what questions to ask. There are some obvious ones like 'deadlline, budget, target audience' but can any of you think of some other things that should be in the brief?

    thanks

    The Basics
Why are we running this campaign? (Goals/Objectives)
Who are we talking to? (Target Audience)
What are we asking them to do? (Behavior Objective)
How will we measure this advertisement? (Tracking)
Why should they do what we're asking? (Value Proposition)

    The Background
What’s the big picture? What’s going on in the market currently or what has gone on relative to this initiative in the past?
What are your competitors doing? (Competition)
What details support the value proposition? (Benefits/features)
    Feature Benefit

    Tactics
What does the campaign look like?
    Physical Specs
What is the tone of the advertisement?
    Message/ project details

    Offers/Call to action:
Do we have any mandatory copy or design elements? (Part of an existing campaign theme/look/feel? Special service line color palette/images?)
What do we need from the client before we can begin work in earnest?
    What is a rough timeline?
    Task Date
