I hope you're in the habit of pre-heating your cups? A couple of fingers of pre-emptively warming boiled water left in your cup for a couple of minutes beforehand works wonders..

Good call, Nairn. I'll try that tomorrow. My Dad got me one of those plug-in warmers that's just the size for a coffee mug (actually I think it was supposed to be a candle warmer.) but I've never even opened it because having it on my desk would totally kill my feng shui and, therefore, blow my mind.

I drink one cup of tea in the morning and juices and water during the day, I think this has allot to do with the fact that tv companies have no windows atall so I guess anything that makes me feel refreshed is what I go for.

small quantity to be consumed fast, before it gets coold.
As alternative: shakered coffe:j ust cold.
