FUCK! EVERY YEAR! I was out during lunch walking on the pier. One hour tops. My face has a tomato-ish hue. Quick office remedies please. I'm sweating, freezing and dying - at once. And I'm dizzy, too.
Don't have a cam handy, otherwise I'd show you.

if it is *really* bad, place a rag/cloth in heavy cream (for cooking). it is a good releaver and leaves a bit of oil on your skin that can help....
... and then flip and baste every 40 minutes until golden brown in a 180C oven ;)

it is 'oil' from the naatural fats in the cream. not like olive or vegtable you knobs. ; )
it does help quite a bit as a 'releaver', not a cure. hydration is also key- good tip crouwel.

Gonna pick up a couppla bottles of Vittel on my way home along with some aftersun.
I've had two litres of multivitamin too. Not sure if it helps, but got the tip from a friend. It's SO hot in here.

I get sunburn from high watt lightbulbs.
If you have a http://www.uk.thebodyshop.com/ near you, they have this Melon spray thing. Works every time.
