I stayed at a friends house in Mogome. No need for a visa if it's just a holiday. You get 90 days I think.

It's all good Nairn. Spring time is easily the best time to go, the rainy season starts in a month and after that it's fucking roasting.
Don't really know where to start with what it's like. So far removed from anything I have experienced so far.

My accomodation cost me one Korean barbeque and a two hour all you can drink karaoke session.
But I stayed with a pal.
Hostels can be quite cheep so I here.

japan is fun to visit. it's like a big playground for adult. i like kyoto better than tokyo. more chill.
hotels are too bad if u stay at business hotel, which goes from $80-100 per night.
