Any one know where to find patterns from companies such as burberry? louis vitton? and among others who use patterns for their products?
- rasko40
I would probably try Burberry or Louis Vuitton, of course, this may be stating the obvious.

are you looking for vector files or something?
- e-pill0
the patterns you are asking for are created in the design houses, there isnt any resource that i am aware of.
do a google search for:
Jacquards or Prints

you can get vintage couture patterns online, but houses don't usually pattern out anything remotely current. and anything haute will always be custom.

yeah we don't release any of that stuff here, and sharing them with you would boot me off the "preferred freelancers list" right-quick

:l
are you talking about the patterns of the tartans and shit or the patterns you would use to make copies of the clothing?
- barbtastic0
i'm talking about pattern designs, the shit that is printed onto the product, sorry is i misunderstood
- paraselene0
so what is frost talking about?
the answer is the same anyway, though, i reckon.

they're not gonna just give these out.
fake them if you need them
- barbtastic0
i could, however, help you with patterns in illustrator, maybe give you a few examples if you are not aware how to do it.

there's usually guys out on the street in a stand with a shitload of purses and sunglass that can hook you up for cheap.
