i've owned a treo and now a blackberry. both are annoyingly large. the treo software is close to useless, and won't work at all if you are in a network domain, as you must run with admin rights. also, you can't reliably sync with anything other than the treo software without 3rd party apps. the blackberry just works with whatever email app you use right out of the box.
