Monitor setup

I have come back form holiday and my less than clever boss has completely fucked up one of my suites monitoring.
It used to be left hand monitor = desktop, and right hand (invisible monitor) was my video out and this went to my vision matrix now he has fucked it up so my main monitor is now my video out and my video out is my desktop, anybody know any quick keys which can swap them or even make my preferences appear on my video out? I can change them there.
Unfortunatly I cannot monitor my desktop as it is not the right kind of signal for my vision matrix......
erm did anybody understand that :)
any help is vmuch appreciated.

if you can't get to ypur prefs
at boot hold shift key
it should boot in safe mode then you can open your prefs and switch the layout

Cheers homes, I managed to get my desktop back on 'safe mode' but it of course won't recognise my video output. :(
I think my boss has actually managed to break the video card properly......
That'll be a couple of grand stupid fandaby dozy.

I'm filling the m/f full of hot liquid the now. what a dozy mare, I can't take two days off without having shit to come back to....... It's actually quite stressfull the day or two before I come back cause of the worry about what has been fucked up while I was away.

That happened to a friend of mines dad, he saw one too many wet towels lying on the bathroom floor ad ran out the house beating his chest like a gorilla shouting 'you are all cunts fucking cunts'

oh aye, poor guy proper never was right again after it aswell, :( nobody went round the house and they were kind of shunned by the cul de sac we lived on, shame how small towns and all that tend to make things worse.
