welll, I've got a servicable online portfolio done. I think it is good for the job it needs to do. i.e. it's really simple to navigate and is an introduction to my work which will hopefiully lead people into wanting to get me in to see them in person.
What do you guys think?
remembering that it is more an introduction than a full on portfolio is there too much work? any of it too wealk? Work should be in a different order?
(sorry for the repeat but I think I hid this post away in the other thread)

The top frame is scrollable and you can still adjust the size. Perhaps you could look at using iframes.

I think it needs to maybe be a little more designed that it is, it seems very rushed and thrown together..
Your menu looks awfull to be blunt and confuses straight away because the graphic design" looks like a button but isn't
I also personaly hate to scroll down to see the work and to be honest found the Images a little incoherent.

change the title of the document.

the menu type is too thin. barely readable.
also the first two look like buttons as well, i kept clicking on the next one before moving on.
also the grey bg makes your work look bland. look for something else, black or white, whatever you feel fits best.

Cheers fot that guys, it is definately a bit rushed and I reckon I will be looking at the bits and pieces you have mentioned.

I'd go for a white or black background, or whatever compliments your work better. I feel the grey is bland and doesn't make your work stand out.
When I was looking through your work I wanted to look at your cv, but there was no way of getting back to the home page??
On your cv you mentioned you are a 'frustrated musician', I've never been a fan of these profiles. Isn't this what you talk about at a meeting? I see a cv as stating your qualifications, and work history.
Id also try to improve the menu by keeping the text to one line, or keeping it the same on all of them.
Dunno...
Sorry if its all negative, some nice content though...

no problem about negative comments, it's been a rushed job and now I want to tighten it up.
I haven't really had time to stop and think until now so this is exactly the kind of feedback I'm after.
