So, here's the rub... I've been a one-man band since the start, freelancing and running everything myself. However, with some new commitments I have and my workload at the moment, it seems that it'll be impossible for me to continue as I am going... so, the conundrum... expand or die. Have any of you guys had any experience of finding someone else to help you share the burden? Maybe there are other one-man band people out there looking for something similar? I'm talking a kind of web-development dating and relationship thing here... any tips/contacts anyone has would be wicked useful.

don't be to quick to partner with someone. Something i've noticed, if someone that wants to partner with you is not very busy. There is usaully a reason. The good people are usually busy...
So go slow, work one (or more) project with someone and then
think about them as a partner.
