i like the top one more, but it seems to loose form a bit at the 'top' of the f. i get the trick, but i think the forms could use reworking a bit.
might be the color palette- would you mind posting one in b/w?

I prefer the bottom one. The top one reminds me of something...It brings something odd to mind. I can't say it. Anyway, I also kind of like the black but maybe b/c the rays are a little more prominent & balanced with the building. Also think the font works better with the bottom choice. But I'm kind of bad with logos :)

Make sure you use that top logo for something in the future, I don't know, change your name or something and use it as a personal logo.

Not sure if it's been said yet, but in the one with the building and the ray emanating from behind it I feel the centre of the rays should be moved in line with the point on the roof of the building... right now the balance looks off the way it is.

eh... not super keen on the bottom as it makes me dizzy...
the top I dig! it's got depth - it's clever - it's 'functional' (I saw someone reference a 'chair' above - which may be a good thing given it's a Management company - the chair can signify the whole 'behind the desk metaphor') if you will...
... but if you're going to go w/the bottom one - make the edges of your square logo mark line up w/the 'I' and the 'L'... other than that - both are asthetically masculine, demanding and have rather nice typography too (if I may say so).

btw, what font is the "facility logic" written in? i dig it.
