whats the best way to optimize and keep great quality on image.....i have to reduce a 500k-jpg to 100k(anything)
i heard firewrx and slicing are the trick.

fireworks is best.
save for web on photoshop is ok too.
just play about with the output options

i"ve tried to fudge with the seting in PS, but it has gotten any better, I'm trying to figure out firewx, i need the book, i guess, just to be sure.
i heard slicing helps, but i can do it, but i never compress the file size.
i'm a rookie just trying to swing at anything, i need to sit th e bench a bit.
