My company is currently redesigning their site, and I think the design sucks, however I need some ammunition from some designers for a meeting this morning. Any help would be appreciated.

Bevelled edges need more love. Though, not pink love.
Shadow dropping should be consistent. Or consigned to history.

If I were a girl (oh, if I were a girl!) I'd be pretty pissed off with the assumptions made about me there.
That large header graphic isn't quite worth the download time, I feel.

looks like a days work, nothing interesting to see here, just a plain old template with little attention to detail or crafting.
And yes, the pink is a lame and clichéd cop out.
